Thank you for your recent purchase from The Gang Enforcement Company, LLC! Please read the following terms & conditions to guide you through your purchase.

 

ORDERS

  • Our software does not allow us to make manual adjustments to finalized purchases.  All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct. We recommend NOT using your agency address to receive shipments as they usually go to a mail room and are more likely to get misplaced and/or the shipment may not be accepted all together.
  • The Gang Enforcement Company, LLC is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. However, we will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
  • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with USPS.
  • Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.


SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account. We recommend NOT using your agency address to receive shipments as they usually go to a mail room and are more likely to get misplaced and/or the shipment may not be accepted all together.
  • The Gang Enforcement Company, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address.  
  • All returning packages due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email. Customers will have 72 hours to respond, failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation without refund.
  • Customer’s funds will be transferred to store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional postage fees for orders that need to be re-shipped due to invalid addresses
  • Additional shipping fees may be applied if incorrect shipping information was entered at checkout. You will have 24 hours to make any minor size or address changes to this order free of charge. Make sure you call or write into customer service within this time frame.
  • Please allow 10 business days for orders to be shipped during holidays

    DOMESTIC ORDERS

    • Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment.
    • Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.
    • Items sold during Black Friday and Cyber Monday may take up to 10 business days to ship, please be patient tracking numbers may take up to 10 days to be generated and sent to your email address.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
    • Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
    • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.

    • Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.
    • Items sold during Black Friday and Cyber Monday may take up to 10 business days to ship, please be patient tracking numbers may take up to 10 days to be generated and sent to your email address.

      DISCOUNT CODES

      • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.  
      • For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
      • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase

        RETURNS/EXCHANGES

        Products purchased from The Gang Enforcement Company, LLC may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. If applicable, all items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

        If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 14 days ago, the item is no longer for available for refund or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.

        We do not offer refunds. All customers are responsible for postage fees on returns/exchanges.

        Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.

         

        DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

        If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to extend our apology and make sure we take care of you immediately. Please submit a return request below and attach a photo of the defective product. Once we receive your return request, we will respond to your email and send you a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product. Once shipped, we will expedite a replacement item to you!

         

        MIS-PACKED ORDER

        In the rare case that you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, we're sorry for the mix-up and want to make sure we get you the right item right away! Please submit a return request below and include the details (Style Name, Color, Size, etc.) for the product you incorrectly received. Please also attach a photo to expedite the process. Once your return request is received and responded to; we will send a prepaid shipping label so you can return the incorrect item (the item must be in the original form; unworn and unwashed). Once the package shows signs of shipment, we will expedite the correct item to you.

         

        SALE ITEMS

        We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items or products to include those purchased at special/exclusive events, trainings, or conferences, unless the reason is for defective items. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

        Additionally, we occasionally like to thank our loyal customers by offering flash sales. In the case of a flash sale, we do not price match. Therefore, if you purchased an item at full price before a sale occurs, we unfortunately will not be able to refund you the difference.

        Purchases made with Black Friday and Cyber Monday discounts will not be eligible for returns, unless the reason is for defective items. We will allow size exchanges only, no store credit or refunds (item must be in its original form; unworn and unwashed).

         

        ***We want to get you taken care of as soon as possible so you can enjoy the products you ordered from us. We ask that you please be patient with us as we are handling your return requests and processing your return/exchange. Once packages are delivered to our HQ, it can take up to 5 business days to begin processing (depending on the current volume).
